Daughter's Wedding

This little backyard wedding was a thrown together "I want to get married wedding" for my step daughter, Chelsea.  Young couple but they are still together so I am happy at that!  I've been meaning to post these pics a few years ago but better late than never, Right?  We found a small spot under a large tree to the side of our house for the ceremony spot.  Cleaned it up, put in some new white stone and surrounded it with large Bougainvillea plants and a few blooming Crape Myrtle Trees which I planted in front of the house afterwards.  My great friend and wonderful hair stylist BJ at "UNDER THE TULUP" did her beautiful hair.  Chelsea picked her dress and veil out at Ava's Bridal Couture and wore a pair of old cowboy boots and a handmade ribbon along the waist.  Her yummy cakes were made by Samantha at Truly Scrumptious but I think she is laying low from the cake business right now.  We used all my photography prop chairs for seating and decorations and draped some backgrounds around the garage to fancy it up a bit.  Even had a disco light for when it got dark.  We made all the center pieces and bouquet from batches of flowers self picked at Sam's Club also using mason jars and burlap.  It was a small quiet wedding but I thought it was very beautiful along with the bride!  Walter, her little brother still shows everyone where his sister got married!  I think he had the most fun of all!
